Before the month ends, Cantos do Sabi\u00e1<\/strong> is here to talk about mental health and Yellow September.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In 2003, the WHO<\/strong> – World Health Organization<\/em> – declared September 10 World Suicide Prevention Day.<\/strong> Yellow in attention, in vigilance.\nIn memory of the young man who committed suicide, but who ended up bringing about this renewal – a whole movement – so that we can observe issues of the mind with more care, attention and affection.\nSuicide prevention. <\/p>\n\n

We’re in the final stretch of Yellow September!<\/strong> A whole month dedicated to creating conversations that show paths of hope, unity and attention – for those who live with conflicts in their minds.\nWhether it’s an elderly person, a young person… all of us. <\/p>\n\n

It’s time to put down roots<\/strong> to strengthen the debate, remove the taboo and talk about mental health, youth<\/em> and Yellow September. <\/strong>Shall we have a chat?\nJoining us for the chat is psychologist Edna Granja <\/strong>– a psychoanalyst with an interest and background in Feminisms, Perinatality and Parenthood.\nShe has a master’s degree in Psychology and a PhD in Collective Health. <\/p>\n\n
