El Sert\u00e3o do Paje\u00fa se incluy\u00f3 en la ruta porque hab\u00eda una alumna en la clase, Tatiane Faustino, una joven de la comunidad de Umburanas, municipio de Afogados da Ingazeira (PE), miembro de la Comisi\u00f3n de J\u00f3venes Multiplicadores de la Agroecolog\u00eda (CJMA), asesorada por el Centro Sabi\u00e1.<br\/><br\/>En esta visita, podemos escuchar la historia de Nazilda y Fel\u00edcia que son mujeres campesinas y Quilombolas. Plantearon temas de gran calado relacionados con la sociedad campesina, principalmente sobre cuestiones agrarias. Una de las cuestiones m\u00e1s llamativas es la del acceso a la tierra. Procesar la producci\u00f3n de fruta para elaborar productos fermentados era la salida. Adem\u00e1s de aprovechar la fruta de la regi\u00f3n, genera ingresos y seguridad alimentaria para los dos y para otras familias de la comunidad. Nazilda y Fel\u00edcia son madre e hija, producen y venden artesanalmente frutas fermentadas, cacha\u00e7as, licores, mermeladas, jaleas, caf\u00e9, galletas, conservas y artesan\u00eda en su propio espacio, Adega Vinho e Prosa.<br\/><br\/>Los productos fermentados son la principal producci\u00f3n. Se desarroll\u00f3 a partir de los conocimientos sobre el proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n de bebidas artesanales en un taller celebrado por el Centro Sabi\u00e1. Hoy es una producci\u00f3n pionera en el Sert\u00e3o do Paje\u00fa. Actualmente, la experiencia y el espacio de los dos forman parte de la ruta tur\u00edstica del municipio, recibiendo diariamente turistas de diversos lugares de Brasil. Aprendimos que la organizaci\u00f3n de las familias rurales es esencial para convivir con el semi\u00e1rido, para construir una vida digna para la poblaci\u00f3n rural, y especialmente para las mujeres y los
