Agroforestry. First of all, a symbol of environmental preservation! These are the agricultural systems that combine trees, shrubs, small plants and some animals to form an environmental harmony! An ecosystem that produces fruit, agroecology, and yes – sustainability.

Agroforests play a fundamental role in the preservation of soils, springs, and forests… they are lands of life. And it is to better understand how to cultivate this life that today we have a chat about them! With us in this week’s Cantos do Sabiá , Tone Cristiano!

Tone Cristiano is an Agroforestry worker, a member of AGROFLOR, the Association of Agroecological Farmers of Bom Jardim, and also a member of the Centro Sabiá. Tone is part of the CJMA – Committee of Young Multipliers of Agroecology.
