Talking about the countryside, about agroecological work in family farming, is talking about EMPOWERMENT in the field! Agroecological agriculture guarantees more spaces for the peasant woman, and makes possible a greater economic, social and ecological autonomy of so many women, who today have already been impacted by the Sustainable Agriculture! Much has already been done, but much remains to be done to make the countryside increasingly a place of gender equality.
