This Tuesday’s True Food (19) talks with Professor Ana Carolina, from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), about the publication of the book “Flavors without Borders”. The issue highlights the issue of cuisine related to the flows of refugees in Brazil.
The program dialogues with the population of the peripheral neighborhoods of Recife and the Metropolitan Region about the importance of adequate food for health and quality of life.
