This Tuesday ‘s True Food (15) discusses the importance of the paradigm of Agroecology and Coexistence with the Semiarid Region to guarantee healthy food.

The guest is Gastronomy professor Gerlane Dantas, from the Federal Institute of Piauí (IFPI). The edition approaches the gastronomy sector beyond a gourmet or media perspective, involving cultural and political aspects in the craft.

True Food dialogues with the population of the peripheral neighborhoods of Recife and the Metropolitan Region about the importance of adequate food for health and quality of life.

The program Comida de Verdade is a realization of Centro Sabiá , was selected in the Public Notice of Occupation of Content by Civil Society of Rádio Universitária Paulo Freire 820 AM and airs on Tuesdays at 12 pm.
