The program Real Food returns this week to discuss an increasingly urgent issue in our country: Hunger! There is nowhere to run, hunger has already reached unimaginable proportions. We are more than 33 million Brazilians until last year. And the hunger data here in Pernambuco is not encouraging either; 2.1 million people who are not guaranteed what to eat at home every day.

Is there a way out of hunger? That’s what we’re here to talk about today with university professor and nutritionist Iceland Bezerra! Iceland Bezerra is a collaborating educator at the Latin American School of Agroecology/ELAA and is currently the president of the Brazilian Association of Agroecology (ABA).
