What remains of the National Meeting on Urban Agriculture? | Real Food
João Lucas França – Broadcaster and communicator for the Sabiá Center.

The 2nd National Meeting of Urban Agriculture, ENAU, took place in Recife ! It was a time of much discussion about the paths of urban agriculture.
Urban agriculture is a topic on the move, and the 2nd ENAU reminded us of the different forms of existence and resistance of an agriculture that can and should exist within urban centers.
The meeting, organized by the CNAU – National Collective of Urban Agriculture, left a Political Charter aimed at building a political and national struggle for urban agriculture.
And that’s what we want to talk about here at Comida de Verdade: what remains of the 2nd ENAU, the National Meeting of Urban Agriculture, held in Recife?
The conversation is with Nemo Côrtes, a researcher, agroecologist, permaculturist, graduate in History and Environmental Management, Master in Teaching Environmental Sciences and PhD candidate in Agroecology. He is a cultural producer, part of the Kapiwara Collective, Gaia Social and the Mais Gestão Nordeste Project.

Comida de Verdade is your Saturday program to talk about food and agroecology, valuing our markets and local culture.
